Four steps to enable Genie magic on your travel desk.

Download the installer
Get the Windows installer from our download page. The download is free.
Go to downloads â - 02
Run the setup
Open the downloaded installer, verify its publisher and follow the on-screen instructions.

Sign in & activate
Launch Travel Genie Magic Toolbar and start your 3-day trial. Use the same email when arranging paid activation.

Prepare your first entry
Choose a GDS format, enter the required passport or contact details, then review the generated DOCS, CTCE or CTCM entry.

System requirements
Built for your Windows desk.
Windows 11 (64-bit). Keep Windows up to date and use the official installer.
For developers only
To rebuild the desktop WPF source, install the Microsoft .NET 8 SDK for Windows x64 and the dependencies in the desktop project. Run dotnet --version to check your SDK.

The installer will not open
Check your Windows version and download source. Review browser or Windows warnings and verify the publisher. Do not disable security protections to run an unverified file.
My trial or activation is not showing
Check that you used the same email and contact support with your purchase confirmation. Never share passwords or passenger documents in support chat.
